I am Aleksandra Shaman, a practicing Siberian shaman, pagan witch, author, and spiritual teacher with over 30 years of experience in traditional shamanism, pagan magic, spirit communication, and ancestral practices.

I am among the few teachers in the United States who specialize in traditional Siberian shamanism and, to the best of my knowledge, the only teacher in the U.S. offering instruction specifically in Altai, Shor, and Teleut shamanic traditions.

My spiritual heritage is deeply connected to Siberia. One of my grandmothers came from the Novokuznetsk region, historically associated with the Indigenous Shor and Teleut peoples. Their spiritual traditions belong to the broader Altai–Sayan cultural and shamanic world, where reverence for ancestors, communication with spirits, and the sacred forces of nature have been preserved for generations.

Throughout my spiritual journey, I have received multiple initiations.

My practice combines traditional Siberian shamanism, ancestral rituals, spirit communication, divination, and the living traditions of pagan magic.

Siberian Shamanism & Sacred Throat Singing

One of my specializations is teaching traditional Siberian and Central Asian throat singing, including Kargyraa, Khoomei, and Sygyt, as well as the application of throat singing in shamanic spiritual work.

I teach students how to explore the power of the human voice, overtone singing, sacred sound, shamanic drumming, and vocal techniques as part of ritual practice, meditation, and communication with the spirit world.

My teaching goes beyond musical technique, exploring the spiritual and ceremonial dimensions of sound within shamanic practice.

Pagan Magic, Witchcraft & Ancient Traditions

In addition to Siberian shamanism, I teach traditional folk magic, historical and contemporary witchcraft, pagan rituals, Tarot, divination, herbal magic, crystal and stone practices, and spiritual work with ancestors.

My approach brings together ancestral knowledge, traditional folklore, historical magical practices, and contemporary pagan witchcraft.

I believe that understanding the origins and cultural foundations of magical traditions is just as important as learning their practical techniques.

I am the author of books exploring pagan magic, shamanism, Tarot, divination, herbs, crystals, and sacred stones.

Over the years, I have guided and taught students seeking a deeper understanding of spiritual traditions, magical practices, and their personal connection with the unseen world.

Today, I share my knowledge through online courses, individual instruction, guided meditations, sound practices, and live shamanic rituals.
